Last Hours in Thailand
Well, it's been an amazing two months. I have experienced many things that most other one year olds have not yet experienced. I'm truly blessed! We will be leaving the YWAM Thailand base in Bangkok at about 1 am local time, and our flight leaves a little before 6 am local time. We will have a 36 hour day because we leave Thailand on Thursday morning and arrive in Atlanta on Thursday afternoon. Crazy! I hope I can get lots of sleep on the plane, and I'm sure Mommy & Daddy are also hoping I sleep a lot on the plane. Please pray for us. I'll try to blog at least once more when we get home. Thanks for all your prayers thus far!

Last Days in Thailand
Hey everybody! It's been a week since my last post, which I thought would be my last post. But surprise! I'm online again. :) A lot has happened since my last post. For one thing, we were part of a two day Valentine's crusade, where our team worked with some other missionaries (affiliated with Randy Clark). We had a stage set up near the government part of the city and a large park, and for two nights we shared the gospel of Jesus and prayed for healings for people. Many people came to know the Lord, and many people were miraculously healed on the spot! One woman had a cyst that disappeared! Praise God!!
On a personal note, I played on my very first big boy swing last Sunday night. We were at a restaurant that had a little playground, and Daddy put me on the swing. I held on really tightly, and he pushed me higher and higher. I was so strong, and it was so much fun! Mommy has it all on video, so I guess she'll post it on Facebook once we're back home.
The last couple of days our team has done a lot of physical labor around the church. They've cleaned, painted, planted trees, repaired things, mowed grass, etc. I've mostly just hung out. :) Every so often Mommy would put me in the stroller and we'd roll around to check out all the projects. I guess I can be a pretty good encourager sometimes.
We only have a few more days in Thailand. On Sunday night we take another really LONG bus ride back to Bangkok. Then early Monday morning we'll take a van to a dock, where we'll take a boat to an island named Koh Samet. I can't wait to play on the beach! We'll be there for two nights, and then we'll head back to Bangkok. We fly back home on the 24th, so please be praying for me during the LONG journey back to America. I'm so excited to finally sleep in my real bed and play with all my toys that I got for my birthday/Christmas.
Well, the internet time is almost over, so I better go. Thanks for your prayers as we've ministered here! Love you!!

Nakhon Si Thammarat
I don't have much time at all, but this may possibly be my last past from Thailand. We are now down south in Nakhon Si Thammarat. We took a REALLY LONG bus ride to get here, but I slept most of the way. On our first day of ministry here, we went for a 6 am prayer walk, and three people gave their lives to Jesus. Two of them started talking to the team because of me. :) Thank God for using little babies like me!
We have seen many salvations here, and God has even performed some miraculous healings! Praise the Lord!! This is an amazing place to be because God is moving nearly every day.
It is really HOT here! I'm sweaty all the time, and I think I'm about ready to go home. I'm starting to get a little tired of being the center of attention all the time...too many people touch me & want my photograph. It was fun at first, but now it's getting a little old. But I will persevere till the end. Haha!
We will be here until the 20th, and then we get to spend two nights on an island. I'm really excited about that! I hear I might even get to see fire dancers. Yay! Sounds exciting!
Well, the internet time is almost over, and Mommy still needs to email Mama. I will write again when I can, but it might be from the USA!

A Break in Bangkok
We arrived in Bangkok yesterday for a brief break between locations. Daddy, Mommy, & the team had McDonald's for lunch again yesterday. We had a walk around the mall for a bit, but I haven't been in a very good mood this weekend. For one thing, I got knocked down by one of the dogs right before we left the farm yesterday. He was chasing after a rock & knocked me backwards. I hit my head & it hurt a lot! Plus, I'm also getting a top molar in right now, and so I'm just fussy. So Mommy & Daddy brought me back from the mall early for a nap. For dinner, the three of us had pizza. Yummy! And then we went to walk around a big night market near the YWAM base. I loved it! There were so many crazy sights, sounds, & smells. Plus, everyone loves to see me still! Daddy and Mommy picked out a really fun Thailand football (soccer) shirt & shorts for me. Yay! I can't wear it yet, but I'll grow into it in no time!
We finished our time in Kanchanaburi well. On the last day, they cooked us a big goat dinner! I didn't eat any, but my parents said it was delicious! On the next to the last day, I tried my very first popsicle. It was strawberry, and I loved it! The farm was a fun place for me to be a boy! I ended up with two skinned knees and a bumped head. Mommy says that it's fine because I'm boy & that's what's supposed to happen. :)
Tonight we get a bus for a really long journey down to Nakhon Si Thammarat. I'm anxious to get down there & see what it's like. Mommy has been there twice before, and she loves it. I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun!
Well, I'm not sure how much internet access I'll get to have in our next place, but I'll try to keep you as updated as possible. Keep us in your prayers! And especially pray for my molars!!

Less Than 5 Minutes
I have less than five minutes to post today. Mom only had thirty minutes online, so she didn't share much of it with me. :(
Yesterday I rode an elephant! We even went into the River Kwai! Then I got to sit on a baby elephant to have my photo made (Daddy held me, of course). Mommy & Daddy both got picked up by a big elephant for their picture.
We also went back to the bridge over the River Kwai so we could do some souvenir shopping. We have supporters back home who need fun gifts from Thailand!
I hope everyone is doing well back there. We don't have much internet time at this location, so I don't get to write much. But maybe we'll have more at the next place. We've just been teaching school at two different schools, and then in the late afternoon the team goes to work with the goats. I've not been to the goat farm yet, because there isn't much for me to do there.
Well, I better run! Sawatdee krup!

Internet For A Bit
I got lucky & was able to get online today! Yay! Now I can give you an update about Kanchanaburi. We arrived on Thursday, and we spent most of the day settling into our new location. Our guys are sleeping outside on a covered concrete slab (with mattresses, of course). Our girls are staying in this sort of tree house thing. Mom, Dad, & I are staying inside with house with the family: Arun & Pang and Pang's parents, At & Noot. The parents love me!
We're living on a farm with eighteen goats, two cows, two huge pigs, two dogs, & two cats. Plus, just down the road from us is the real goat farm, which has over 100 goats! I love all the animals! One of the dogs is a black lab, just like Mommy used to have in Texas. She's really happy about that. :)
On Friday, we went to visit the two elementary schools where Mommy, Daddy, & the team will be teaching English while we are here. They will visit both schools each day, and then in the afternoon the team will work with the goats. On Friday afternoon, everyone else went to the goat farm, but Mommy & I stayed behind to play and go for a walk. As people were driving past, they would slow down to look at us. I don't think they see many white people out here very often. I've heard we are only about 20 km from the border of Myanmar (Burma). After they got back from the goat farm, we went to get ice cream & to go swimming in a lake. I didn't swim, but Daddy and Mommy were trying to teach me to skip stones.
They want us to have our days off on Saturdays, so this week we went on a lot of adventures! First we visited a museum called Hellfire Pass Museum. I mostly played with At & Noot, while Daddy & Mommy walked around and read a bunch of information on the walls. Then we went to Erawan Falls, and we played in some big waterfalls where there were lots of fish! Next we went to see the bridge over the River Kwai. I hear there's a movie about this bridge and that the movie is one of Pa's favorites. I guess I'll have to watch it when we get back home. But, Daddy pushed me all the way across the bridge, and then we had dinner on a floating restaurant right at the base of the bridge. It was fun! Plus, there was a really pretty sunset for us to see. God is so creative! Lastly, we went to the Tesco Lotus store and got some groceries & school supplies for teaching this week.
Sunday we went to two churches: one at 8 am and one at 10 am. The second one lasted about five hours, which was a really long time, but the people there were very nice to me! They let me play a lot in the dirt! I love dirt and rocks. I also got my first skinned knee, but I barely cried.
Today we went to both elementary schools to teach: one for two hours and the second one just for one hour. Lots of kids wanted to play with me, but mostly I hung out with the teachers while the team taught English. They were nice!
Well, I think I have to let Mommy have a turn on the computer now. Thanks for reading my update!

Could Be the Last Post for a While
Hey everybody! We finished up our last couple of days in Mahasarakham. On Monday we had the morning off, which was a good chance for me to get a normal morning nap. In the evening, we went to a campus meeting outside. I had a lot of fun running around & playing in the grass. After the campus meeting, we went to dinner with all of our team & all the staff from YWAM Mahasarakham. They picked the restaurant, which was a fun place where you cook your own food at the table! They call it Korean style barbecue, but I heard one Korean say they call it Thai style barbeque. Funny. I got to see my first real elephant on the street! He was a baby. Then I saw another baby elephant later that same night. At one point, the really hot liquid we were cooking in got spilled on Mommy's foot & leg, but nothing happened to her. I think it was a miracle!
We took some fun pictures before we left the restaurant. I really love Aom & Tarn's daughter, Itim. She's my best buddy here. When lots of strangers try to poke at me & kiss me when I'm in my stroller, she defends me. She gets between me & the strangers, and then she tells them that I'm her little brother.
On Tuesday, we had to get up really early to go to a school assembly. Our team & the Korean team performed, and then we had a traditional Thai breakfast, which I found out were Vietnamese noodles. Funny, again. :) After breakfast, we got to go see the new YWAM Mahasarakham building, which they are moving into at the end of the month. We helped them move stuff to the new building, and we prayed over the new building. Daddy & Mommy both got to ride on top of the song taew, but I had to ride in the cab of the truck. It looked like a lot of fun, though. At the new base, I climbed up the steps (three stories) a BUNCH of times with Mommy & Itim. Mommy always had to carry me down, though. I had a blast & got really dirty!
Tuesday afternoon, Mommy, Daddy, & I went to have coffee with Aom, Tarn, & Itim. They gave us some gifts, which was really sweet! Then we went with them to buy a new sofa, two chairs, & a coffee table for the new base -- a gift from our team to theirs. :)
Tuesday night was VERY sad, as we had to say goodbye to them. They had a delicious dinner for us, and then the staff, the Korean team, & some of the students from the universities came to tell us goodbye, take photos, & watch us drive away. Itim didn't want me to leave, and I was really sad to say goodbye. I hugged Aom & gave her a kiss.
We drove through the night and got to Bangkok around 4 am today. We've spent the day off in Bangkok. We had McDonald's (yummy fries!) for lunch! And Mommy & Daddy had Starbucks (thanks to their gift card). I got to have some of Daddy's cream. :) I'm getting lots of treats in Thailand!
Tomorrow morning we leave for Kanchanaburi. Mommy says she doesn't know if we'll have internet access at all while we're there, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to blog or not. We will be back to Bangkok on the 4th of February.
Please pray for us as we head to our new spot. It's pretty remote, I hear, and they will be preparing all of our food, etc. I'm sure it will be fun, but I think it might stretch some of our team.
Much love to you all!
